About the Role
This position will perform a range of administrative functions to support the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of office-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of analytical, planning, and documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to work independently and within tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties such as answering the phone lines and greeting visitors
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc
